Engine 2 Fitness & Breakfast
Weekly Event - Every Saturday: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (PDT)

Join us for an hour of fitness followed by a delicious and healthy breakfast. CRUNCH Fitness trainer, Paul Scherman, will lead us through a Body Weight BootCamp for ALL LEVELS. Enjoy a Saturday workout with this easy to follow boot-camp styled body-weight training class. Flexibility, cardio, and strength training are the goal. No equipment needed but participants are encouraged to bring a mat. All fitness levels encouraged.
Bio: Paul is an Elite personal trainer at Crunch Fitness. Training since 2006, he has a B.S. in Kinesiology (Nutrition and Wellness) from Cal State Hayward. National training certifications include NESTA Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and UFC Gym Trainer.
So please bring your mat, water, a towel and sunscreen to work out and then head into the store to enjoy a Rip’s Big Bowl for breakfast for $3.99. What a great way to start off your weekend!
Engine 2 Fitness & Breakfast will occur every Saturday during the challenge and we will meet on the Patio outside the Bakery Doors. Make sure you wear your work-out clothes & bring a bottle of water!
